Spaceboom: a location-based messaging app app for iPhone and iPad

Spaceboom is a location-based messaging app for iOS. The idea for the app is similar to geo-caching: it allows you to leave messages at specific locations for others to find. If another user goes to a location where were when you posted a message, the user will receive an alert indicating that they’ve discovered a new message. The message will then be added to the users collection of messages, and they will be able to read it. The app is like “Pokémon Go for people”.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
